Who we are
Contract Sharp is a commercial contract review service operated by Sandra Cook. We can be contacted at sandra@contractsharp.com. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller.
What data we collect
When you use the free assessment tool, we collect the following through the gate form: your name, work email address, company name, approximate annual contract value (a selected range), and contract renewal timing (a selected range).
We do not collect your specific answers to the 15 assessment questions. Your score and results are generated and displayed in your browser only.
How we use your data
We use your information to send you your results and relevant commercial insights, and to follow up about the Contract Sharp full review service where you have given consent. We will only contact you for marketing purposes where you have explicitly ticked the consent checkbox. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal basis for processing
Legitimate interest — to deliver the assessment results you requested. Consent — for any follow-up marketing communications.
Who we share your data with
Netlify — form submission and site hosting. Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email platform, where you have given consent. We do not sell your data or share it with any other organisation.
How long we keep your data
We retain your contact information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk. To exercise any right email sandra@contractsharp.com.
Cookies
This tool does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Netlify may set a technical session cookie required for form submission. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.
